One of the most elusive locations in the game is the Tomb of Menkaure. If you can’t figure out how to get inside this tomb, then follow our step-by-step guide and get your reward.

How to Find the Tomb of Menkaure in Assassin’s Creed: Origins

Step 1: Locate the Pyramid of Menkaure

The Tomb of Menkaure is located in the third pyramid of the Giza region that stands between the Saqqara and Khensu Nomes. This pyramid is the smallest one in the area, so you will have no trouble identifying it (refer to the screenshot above for an exact location).

As soon as you arrive at the pyramid, use your Senu vision to locate the entrance at one of the walls. You will actually see two entrances, but you need to enter the bottom one.

Step 2: Find the Ancient Tablet

As you go through the entrance hall, you must follow it to the very end until you see the turn to right. Instead of going any further, look back and up – you will see another secret entrance above the hall you’ve just been running through.

Climb up the secret entrance and walk straight until you reach the dead end. Again look up and you will notice that the ceiling is made up of wood planks. Take out your bow and destroy the wooden ceiling.

Go up through the broken ceiling into the secret chamber, and there you will see an ancient tablet of Menkaure. Interact with the tablet and get your bonus ability point.
